1. General Policy

At ASHA INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTE OF MARINE TECHNOLOGY (AIIMT), we strive to provide high-quality education, training, and research programs. By enrolling in any of our courses, training programs, or services, you acknowledge and agree to the refund terms described on this page. All fee payments made to ASHA INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTE OF MARINE TECHNOLOGY (AIIMT) are considered final and non-refundable except under the specific conditions described below.


2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds, if applicable, will only be processed under the following circumstances:

  • Course Cancellation by ASHA INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTE OF MARINE TECHNOLOGY (AIIMT): If a course or program is cancelled by ASHA INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTE OF MARINE TECHNOLOGY (AIIMT) due to unforeseen circumstances, students will be eligible for a 100% refund of the course fee paid.
  • Withdrawal Before Course Commencement:
    • Withdrawal ≥ 30 days before course start: 80% refund (registration/admission charges excluded).
    • Withdrawal 15–29 days before course start: 50% refund (registration/admission charges excluded).
    • Withdrawal < 15 days before course start: No refund.
  • Visa Rejection (International Students): With documentary proof of visa refusal, a refund of 70% of the total fee (excluding application/processing charges) may be granted.

3. Non-Refundable Fees

The following fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Registration or admission fees
  • Application and processing charges
  • Examination, certification, or administrative fees
  • Fees for courses or modules already commenced
  • Fees paid for digital materials, online access, or downloadable content

4. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, the student must:

  1. Submit a written request to ASHA INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTE OF MARINE TECHNOLOGY (AIIMT) administration via email at aiimtvns.com or through the official portal.
  2. Attach relevant documentation (payment receipt, ID proof, visa decision letter, etc.).
  3. Provide accurate bank or payment details for refund processing.

All refund requests will be processed within 30–45 working days from the date of receiving complete documentation. Banking or transaction charges may be deducted from the refundable amount.


5. No Refund in Certain Cases

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • The student is expelled due to misconduct or violation of college policies or the Terms of Use.
  • The student voluntarily discontinues the course after it has started.
  • The student fails to attend classes or complete the course for personal reasons.
  • The student provides false information or forged documents during admission.

6. Amendments to Refund Policy

ASHA INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTE OF MARINE TECHNOLOGY (AIIMT) reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website. Continued enrollment or use of our services constitutes acceptance of such changes.
